SMS Program Terms
Last updated June 22, 2026
Program description
Veterans Life Services sends missed-call notices, appointment scheduling, reminders, and follow-up text messages to people who requested information and gave consent — typically by submitting an online quote request form (see our SMS Opt-In Disclosure), or on a phone call with our team. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages, and consent is never a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and your appointment activity.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.
Opting out and getting help
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and then stop sending text messages.
If you need help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at [email] or [phone].
Carriers
Supported carriers may vary. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Mobile information is not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. For full details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.
